EST\u00cdMULO CAPBA 2023. <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El tema convocante del concurso fue SUELO Y VIVIENDA, en ese marco se present\u00f3 un avance del trabajo realizado por el equipo LINTA y otros profesionales en el Observatorio de Valores del Suelo con el tema <\/span><b>DESARROLLO DE MAPAS DE VALOR DE SUELO. Aportes para el dise\u00f1o de un componente estrat\u00e9gico del Observatorio de Valores e Instrumentos de Gesti\u00f3n de Suelo Urbano de la provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/b><\/p><p>En el mes de abril de 2024, en el marco de la <b>XI Bienal de Arquitectura y Urbanismo<\/b> organizada por el Consejo Superior del Colegio de Arquitectos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (CAPBA), se entregaron los premios y certificados de dichos premios, cita que se desarroll\u00f3 en la casa sobre el Arroyo, obra reconocida del Arq.
